Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in Generative AI Business Services within the Engineering & Applications space. This role is focused on selling enterprise-level AI solutions, data-driven services, and digital transformation offerings to senior decision makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive net new sales of Generative AI solutions and services (Engineering & Applications space)
Engage and influence C-suite executives including CTOs, CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, and Engineering Heads
Prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate, and close high-value opportunities (targeting $5M–$10M annually)
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business
Collaborate with cross-BU sales teams to cross-sell AI offerings into existing and new accounts
Represent the business at industry meetings, trade shows, and partner events
Develop multipoint lead-generation strategies and leverage alliances/partnerships for sales opportunities
Accurately forecast pipeline, meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets, and maintain CRM updates
Candidate Profile:
15+ years’ experience in IT services sales, with a strong record of success in enterprise software & solutions
Demonstrated success selling Generative AI, Data, and Engineering Application services
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative sales background with experience engaging executive stakeholders
Knowledge of market trends, technologies, and business models in IT services across at least 1–3 verticals
Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
Energetic, resilient, and motivated with a “can-do” attitude
Ideal Background:
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
Experience with enterprise IT services companies (mid to large scale)
Network/contacts within IT services and enterprise software space highly desirable
