Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Litigation Associate (J.D. class of 2021–2023) to join a top-tier Commercial Litigation Practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized litigators on high-profile, complex disputes for leading global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

• Manage discovery, including eDiscovery processes

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues

• Assist with deposition preparation, witness interviews, hearings, and arbitration matters

• Support senior attorneys with trial preparation and strategy

• Collaborate closely with partners and teams on multi-jurisdictional litigation

Candidate Profile:

• J.D. degree with excellent academic credentials (Class of 2021–2023)

• Prior large law firm (AmLaw 50) experience strongly preferred

• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience

• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Highly motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented
